The secret is to drink A LOT of water the night before...2 liters or something like that. And stay out of the sun. By me, the 17 Tammuz was unbearable because I spent all day in sun and did not drink water night before. By contrast, yesterday was ok right up to the end.
I disagree, I drank tons of water before the fast and I had a headache like no other.
